The staff were kind and helpful, the building is modern and clean, and the location is excellent—close to the sea and the metro, making it easy to travel between Rimini and Riccione. Nothing was missing; everything was perfect.

The hotel is very pleasant, with a friendly staff and welcoming owners who always greet any question or problem. I felt at home, the rooms were always clean, the bed comfortable, and the coffee and breakfast were delicious. The terrace is perfect for a lazy afternoon with a book. Everything is very close: the airport is only a 15‑minute bus ride, the beach even closer, and the best pizza in town is just a short walk away. Small gifts or souvenirs can be found in a shop a few minutes away.

I stayed in room 116, which was surprisingly spacious with a double bed even though I booked a single, and the breakfast offered a good variety; the free bicycles were handy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from Rimini’s center, but it’s in a lively area with nice shops, especially the Pino pastry‑gelato shop that stays open even in low season and is just a short walk from the train and bus stops.
