The property is very central and stays clean, even in the breakfast area. The noise was a bit loud because my room was above the open parking lot.

The breakfast was really good, but unfortunately, the room was right on the street so it was super noisy outside my window. I loved the food in the morning, but at night it was tough sleeping with all the sounds from the road. A great breakfast isn't much use if you're exhausted, though.
