I just parked in the courtyard, the owner stepped out immediately, explained everything and showed me around. The car was right by the windows. There’s a single kettle for all rooms, which can be noisy when it’s running, especially at 6 am. It’s far from the highway, so traffic noise isn’t an issue. It’s decent for a layover, and the price‑quality ratio is good. The doors in the bathroom (especially at night) and the front door squeak loudly, and the kettle was mentioned in the note.

The property was very tidy, had an inner garden to relax in, and the parking in front of the room door was a big plus. The owner was very kind, I’ll definitely come back, and I highly recommend the spot! I just wish I had stayed longer.
