The spot is great and peaceful, and the owner’s service was superb and friendly, everything else was fine.

Everything was amazing! The room was spotless, the manager assisted us with our issues, and the self‑check‑in and check‑out made things very convenient for us. The hospitality was top‑class!

I booked this apartment at the last minute because of a prior miscommunication, and I wish I’d found it sooner! I was attending a conference at the Centro Congressi Federico II, just a 10‑minute walk away. The apartment comes fully equipped with a bed, bathroom, kitchen (coffee included), couch, table, and air‑conditioning. Two supermarkets are within 100 m. Morning runs along the sea are easy. Public transport (bus, metro) is nearby, and there are plenty of good restaurants around. I chatted with the owner via WhatsApp and it was very pleasant. I’d recommend staying here! The stairs to the apartment are steep and narrow, though there is a handrail. That wasn’t a problem for me, but it’s something to consider if you have limited mobility or are carrying large luggage.

The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the city center (practically right behind Piazza del Plebiscito), or to discover slightly less known areas (Monte Echia elevator, Chiaia district, San Pasquale bars) and then enjoy the Caracciolo waterfront. The owner is very kind and very helpful. Highly recommended for young couples.
