The location is good, considering there aren’t many other accommodations nearby. They allowed me to use the kitchen. Communication was very poor. I had to send a message after the child who was supposed to take care of it to get information. I just wanted a shower, but it took an hour to get one. The equipment didn’t work, and no one helped. Then the breakfast wasn’t very good.

The owner and his family (along with little Alì) are great and super helpful. It’s a peaceful place with a beautiful view and a nice garden outside the village. Good food, but you can also find some nice places in the village. The bathroom is basic but functional. Sometimes the water is off; check before using the bathroom.

The room was spacious, a three‑bedroom. The people were really nice, helpful, and welcoming. They even drove me and other guests to Bazar‑Korgon for a fair price (shared taxi). The only thing missing is a kitchen for guests, but they serve breakfast and dinner.

I met a fantastic owner who, after I mentioned my plan to hike in the mountains, drove me to a superb trailhead so I could start my trek. He genuinely wanted me to enjoy my trip rather than just make money, which I really valued. I arrived late, but he helped me use the kitchen without any hassle. Visiting in October, I was the sole guest, making the place peaceful and authentically local. He speaks excellent English, and I’m grateful for his generosity. The location is far from the city center, but the owner offers a free shuttle to and from the center, which is a great perk. There’s only one bathroom, which could be an issue during peak season, but in October it was fine.

We were greeted warmly at Panorama Guesthouse, complete with free tea and sweets upon arrival. The owner kindly guided us to the Big Waterfall and even shared his hotspot because there’s no WiFi. Dinner was offered, but it felt overpriced for the small portions, and breakfast was very basic. What stood out was the owner’s kindness: he gave us a ride to the bus stop at 6:15 a.m., saving us a 2 km walk. The guesthouse is quite a distance away—about a 2 km uphill walk—and the Yandex.Maps pin is incorrect, making it harder to find.
