The stay was fantastic. The hotel itself is amazing, very pretty, comfortable, and the facilities are superb. The best part, without a doubt, was the staff—they were super friendly and charming from the moment I arrived. They even upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. It’s very close to Hiroshima Station, making it easy to get around the city and visit other spots. I felt well taken care of throughout the whole stay. If I return to Hiroshima, I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Very well located next to the train station, quiet, clean, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was spectacular. Nothing else to mention.

“Thought the royal park hotel chain was great but not this one”

Nice view. The Wi‑Fi was pretty bad and the room smelled like cigarettes, so we had to ask for a new one.

There were tables and chairs, and for a business hotel it felt quite spacious. No complaints.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great spot, plus the breakfasts were pretty interesting, but the hotel feels a bit dated and there's a stale smell in the hallway.
