“Great”
The location and room were good, but there was no hot water.
I was satisfied.
Everything was beautiful, from the staff to the hotel itself, and nothing was lacking.
“A proper Management should be there to look out all the guests are satisfied or not.”
Room service was terrible, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the room wasn’t cleaned on the second day. The staff behaved well, yet the overall service and facilities were poor; it took over an hour to retrieve the car after check‑out, and there were no proper arrangements for a valuable guest paying that much.
I was disappointed because the air conditioning was not cleaned properly and the rooms felt neglected.
