The staff were incredibly kind, always cheerful and very helpful. We arrived after the official check‑in time but that didn’t bother them, and they welcomed us late as well. We had a fantastic time :)
The food and the option to use bicycles were great. The bathroom lacked a bidet.
“Perfetto”
Breakfast was rich and delicious, with an overwhelming variety. Dinner was excellent, every dish was carefully prepared and tasty, so many compliments… thanks, thanks to the super helpful staff. I would only improve the bathroom in the rooms… but it’s perfectly adaptable without issues.
Politeness and genuine willingness to help.
The ability to use bicycles and the proximity to the metro line were great.
