The accommodation was sensational, starting with its location—very close to the main shopping area in Rosebank. It’s safe to walk around during the day, and everything you need is nearby. The staff were very good, polite, and helpful. Our room’s facilities provided all the comfort we needed for this trip: exceptional quality bed, excellent air conditioning, smart TV, high‑quality bathroom with a good shower and hot water, plus enough kitchen facilities for small meals. Definitely a good option for a few days of tourism in Johannesburg, and I would stay here again without hesitation. Nothing went wrong during our stay; everything was excellent.

The location was great. The room was spacious, neat, and well equipped, and the hairdryer was fantastic. It feels quite clinical—no real personality. I couldn’t keep the blinds open because there’s no real privacy, so it feels like you’re in a box. You can hear your neighbors and the staff, and it isn’t sound‑proof at all.

The room was spotless, the location was great, and the staff were welcoming and efficient. However, it was too bright and woke me at dawn, and there was no light above the sink—otherwise everything was fine.

The spot was quiet and the location was nice. Maria at reception was super welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water stayed hot until we checked out. No complaints at all.
