The location is good in the city center. The restaurant is nice on site and the staff are friendly. It’s decent for 2–3 nights, but I’m not sure if there’s anything better in Stip. The noise from the bar on the ground floor was very loud until late at night, making it hard to sleep. I couldn’t ventilate the room because the windows and balcony above the terrace let in cigarette smoke. Bathroom cleaning wasn’t quite up to par. The shelves in the closet were too high to reach, and there was no space to put a suitcase, so it had to stay on the bed, risking a fall.

Breakfast was decent, but most staff couldn’t speak English. I ran into a lot of issues at check‑in and check‑out; they messed up my reservation and claimed I had a “better” room, which felt like a trick to charge me extra. I left two days early, and they insisted checkout must be before 11 am—yes, that’s the rule, but it was after midnight! The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, and the floor corners were the same. The front desk asked me four times if I’d taken anything from the minibar. They told me to wait to check my room before leaving, which seemed odd, so I offered to check with staff but they told me to stay and wait.
