The property was spotless, had an excellent central location, and the rooms were very well sound‑proofed. However, the auberge is exactly that—a lodging that is part of a highly regarded Michelin restaurant. The accommodation feels more like a chambre d’hôtes, yet the rates match a 5‑star hotel. Room décor is quite basic, and there are no real hotel services or visible staff. For the room rate I expected a lot more.

Absolutely a gem we fell in love with. In the heart of the breathtaking Alpilles, this boutique hotel is a hidden treasure where elegance, authenticity, and the art of living blend perfectly. From arrival, the hosts gave an exceptional welcome—kind, generous, professional, genuinely warm, thoughtful, detail‑oriented, creating a special atmosphere. Hospitality at its finest! Our room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, comfortable, impeccably maintained; every detail carefully considered for a perfect stay. Breakfast was a pure delight: generous, delicious, top‑quality ingredients—a wonderful way to start each morning. Dinner was an extraordinary gastronomic experience: cuisine exceptionally creative, bold yet balanced flavors, visually stunning dishes, each course a delightful discovery, celebration of finesse, imagination, culinary artistry. Standing ovation for the kitchen talent! Everything reflects passion, excellence, true hospitality. Far more than a stay, an unforgettable escape in an enchanting setting. What a fantastic stay in Saint‑Rémy! The breakfast was outstanding and the gourmet meal was amazing, full of creativity and flavor. Huge kudos to chefs Fanny Rey and Jonathan Wahid for their talent and friendliness. The whole staff went out of their way, offering a warm and attentive welcome. Une magnifique découverte ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et de gentillesse par les chefs. La chambre était tout confort, parfaitement insonorisée, avec une literie superbe qui nous a permis de passer une excellente nuit. Et que dire du repas… tout simplement extraordinaire ! Une cuisine généreuse, raffinée et pleine de saveurs. Une vraie maison de chefs, où l’on sent immédiatement la passion du métier, mais surtout l’amour des gens et le plaisir de recevoir. Une très belle expérience, aussi bien humaine que gastronomique. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !. Rien
