We stayed here the night before heading to Lombok airport, and it was perfect. Everything we needed was provided, and they even arranged a 6am transfer to the airport. The staff were helpful and communicative before we arrived, and they assisted us with ordering food to our room via Grab.

The place was spotless and quiet, and the location was great—just a short walk from the airport. The only gripe was that the bathroom didn’t have a sink, but that hardly mattered to me.
