I was thrilled to discover a welcome drink I hadn’t expected. The long pillows required a bit of coordination, and I think a single pillow would have been more comfortable.

The employees’ smiles, including the behind‑the‑scenes staff, were wonderful.

It was nice that I could pick a pillow and there were room robes, but the men’s bathtub was dirty, and the air purifier in the room was pointless because the humidifier had no water.
