The property gives stunning views and sits in a calm, prime spot, just a short walk from San Candido, the Loacker Café, and only three minutes from the Austrian border; the family, especially Mariana, made us feel warmly welcomed, and the kids loved the farm setting and animal interactions—my youngest son was thrilled. We’d stay here again if we visit San Candido, and parking is available; the area feels safe and friendly. The only downside is that adding a microwave and washing machine would make it more valuable for families staying longer, though a wash service is offered for an extra fee. Also, the 9:30 AM check‑out is inconvenient because the cleaning crew arrives then, forcing an early departure that often cuts off breakfast.

The place is clean, quiet, and has a great view, and the host is cooperative; breakfast is tasty, fresh, and made from local and homemade products. The price is high, there’s a cooking smell in the entrance, and there are no dehumidifiers to remove excess moisture from the air.

The breakfast featured local specialties, homemade cakes, local butter, cheese, and yogurt made from their own milk, all incredibly delicious. The lady was truly super fantastic, and her husband was equally helpful, greeting us and chatting a bit. The place felt like home, with the little cousins running around the living room, making everything feel real, welcoming, and lovely. The décor was simple yet pleasant and new, the silence and spotless cleanliness were impeccable, and overall the service was top. Definitely recommend.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which offered beautiful accommodations just a short walk from the ski slopes. The owners were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
