Basic but courteous breakfast. No air conditioning, so it gets very, very hot in summer; the fans help only a bit. The building is old but clean.

Thanks mainly for being able to check in at noon, which let us hit the thermal baths right after arriving; the place is easy to walk to from the hotel, and Mr Pasquale was incredibly kind, never left us wanting anything, and was very helpful with tips for our stay, offering us choice of room and breakfast, which we enjoyed in his charming little garden. It’s a sweet spot, not luxurious, but it feels like a holiday with friends. I was fine with it, though Mr Pasquale had warned me that the building is a bit dated, and someone might notice a few things that could be improved in the bathroom’s functionality.

“Per noi è andata bene così perché eravamo di passaggio”

Breakfast was good, the location is great, and the gentleman is friendly and helpful. The private bathroom next to the room had a door that needed to be opened and closed with a key. That was because all the other rooms were full, and the one we got had that setup. Also, the mattress was quite high, so the fitted sheet with corners often slipped off under the pillows.

“Perfetto”

The property sits in the city center, and for us who went to the QC thermal baths it was super convenient because they’re just a few minutes on foot; the room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and well‑lit. Mr Pasquale was very polite and gave great advice on where to eat and more. Breakfast was good and could be served either in the room or in the garden, offering excellent value for money – highly recommended.
