“Un engaño total”

The location is good. The room was terrible, with old-fashioned décor and a lot of mirrors. The furniture was broken: a bedside table missing a leg, outlets were wired incorrectly, and light covers were missing. In the bathroom, the shower cubicle was broken and the pipes were clogged. Twice we were locked in the bathroom; the second time I had to call hotel staff who used tools to open the door. For the remaining five days we had to use the bathroom without closing the door. It does not feel like a four‑star hotel, only a two‑star one. Compared to other hotels it lacks a kettle, breakfast dishes, and many other essentials. I was really upset about the price; when we checked in we were charged a lot in taxes. Breakfast was not included but they tried to charge us at checkout. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Only one staff member was polite and tried to understand the situation but told me I couldn’t be moved to another room even though I was an 86‑year‑old guest and the conditions were not suitable. Whoever is responsible should re‑evaluate the four‑star claim they advertise.

The location is good, close to the metro. Breakfast was decent and the selection was fine. Staff were helpful and accommodating, though language was an issue. The beds were huge, which made the rooms feel a little cramped. The lift to the lobby was small. There was no assistance with luggage from a bellboy or concierge, and no cloakroom to leave bags before check‑in or after check‑out. The rooms were clearly in need of updates and lacked facilities; there was not even a kettle. We had three rooms for our group and each one had a smell that was a mix of dirty carpet and mouldy bathroom.

“Freundliches Hotel mit toller Lage”

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Lage. Aussicht in den Innenhof war nicht besonders interessant/schön. Mehr Stauraum im Kasten wäre praktisch gewesen

The location is great and the rooms are cozy, yet the safe was broken and the breakfast area was tight.

The breakfast was excellent and the beds were comfortable, but the room was a bit small and the pillows were not comfortable.
