Hotel Opera

“Рекомендую от души ❤️”

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. I especially want to thank the receptionist – she was very friendly and helpful. ❤️ She met me halfway and allowed me to check out an hour later, for which I am very grateful! Those small moments really influence the overall impression of the hotel. Another plus is the excellent location; everything is convenient and close enough. The room turned out to be simply huge, spacious and comfortable. The large bathroom is also an undeniable advantage. The only thing that slightly lowered my rating was that the floor in the room was not cleaned thoroughly enough. It’s a small detail, but cleanliness matters to me. Also, I would have liked disposable slippers in the room. I think that would be a nice and useful bonus for guests.

Great location, parking, very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a pity there is no fridge in the rooms.

“Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Frühstück.”

Very central, very good breakfast. The room lacks a fridge. The TV is present, but unfortunately there were no German channels. It isn’t crucial, but it would be nice.

“Wyjazd turystyczny, hotel spełnił wszelkie oczekiwania”

Located right in the city center, close to the market. Very good local conditions, bedroom, large living room and bathroom. Breakfast is varied. All is great. Nothing was missing.

“Pobyt był bardzo udany, Tarnowskie Góry są przemiłym i godnym polecenia miejscem!”

I stayed in a very convenient spot with friendly staff. Breakfast featured a Swedish buffet with plenty of protein dishes like scrambled eggs, fried eggs, egg pasta, hard‑boiled eggs, and cheeses, plus good deli meats and tasty pastries. I once had lunch—pierogi with meat—that truly tasted homemade. The coffee was fine. The rooms could have been cleaner; there were some noticeable rough spots. The staff were polite but somewhat reserved, perhaps typical of Silesians, and they seemed to lack initiative in offering help, like arranging a taxi.
