The place was spotless and surprisingly roomy, right in the middle of everything, and the staff were genuinely helpful. Unfortunately the bathroom had no hot water, which felt odd for a modern hotel, and the AC quit working halfway through my stay, making the night uncomfortable.

Staff were attentive and quick to respond to any request I had. It made the short stay feel a bit more pleasant.

Location couldn't be better – right in Santa Marta's centre, everything within walking distance. The room was large, tidy, came with a fridge and the beds were comfy. The only drawback was that the walls didn't block street noise completely, so you could hear a bit of traffic at night.
