The staff were helpful and eager to assist, yet our room was so cold that we were shivering, probably because it had two exterior walls.

The room was nice, with a balcony and comfy beds, but unfortunately, the place wasn't cleared of snow, and the entrance was a bit of a struggle to get to.

It's usually a nice spot, but last time I stayed, there was no breakfast and the heating was weak.

The owner is super friendly and welcoming, and the pension's simple but clean, which I appreciate. The room was tidy, and she goes out of her way to help, so I felt at home. The breakfast is basic but filling, and I was happy for my four-night stay. One downside is the lift's out of order, but at least it keeps me active!

The room was clean and pleasant, with a balcony and basic amenities, which was great. However, it was freezing at night, the radiators weren't working, and the balcony window was broken - not ideal.
