Everyone on the staff is friendly, but the accommodation has no lift so you must carry your luggage up to the third floor; the air‑conditioner in the room isn’t cool, and even after switching rooms the AC remained ineffective.

The staff were lovely, the place is nice and quiet, and you can get a back room; however, the restaurant was a hassle.
