The room was clean and very nice, but the semi‑double was a bit cramped for two people—fine for one but tight for a pair—so I’ll book a larger room next visit.

The accommodation was good and the bathroom was spacious. The male staff member only spoke Japanese, was not friendly, and when we had luggage from Hommachi Station, about 450 m away with a nearby subway, there was no lift or escalator—just stairs at the hotel. The pillows were very low, and when I asked for more, the staff didn’t provide any. There was no luggage storage service in any case.

The highlights of the property: Booking efficiency— we made a last‑minute reservation around 16:00–16:30, and by the time we arrived the hotel had already processed it and the check‑in was handled very quickly. Strategic location— the hotel sits right next to Hommachi Station (exit 12), so there is very little walking from the station, which is a real relief after a day of sightseeing. Welcoming staff— the team on site is warm, polite, and professional. Practical amenities— washers and dryers are available on site at reasonable rates. Nearby conveniences— although the hotel sells laundry detergent and soap, you’ll find Lawson, FamilyMart, and 7‑Eleven right next door for cheaper cleaning supplies or snacks. In short: a hassle‑free stay. It’s a well‑located, efficient hotel with excellent value. I recommend it without hesitation for a stop in Osaka. Despite the cramped four‑person room and thin pillows, the value for money remains unbeatable in the sector. It’s an excellent choice for those who prioritize budget and location over interior space.

The station is close and there are restaurants nearby. There is no coffee or tea.
