From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt like part of a family; they treated me not just as a guest but as if I were at home. The bed was comfortable, the room was great, and the 24‑hour staff—Bruna, Rodrigo, and Fernando—were all lovely and met every need. The shower was a delight, the bathroom spacious, and I’m already planning my next visit.

This place is a phantom hotel. There is no hotel at that address, the phone number they gave me in the email doesn’t work, and the Google listing points to a different hotel. The address is wrong and there is literally no hotel there. I fell for a scam and lost my room money. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The experience was awful! From 9 am I could hear a huge crowd, kids shouting and crying, with no regard for guests’ silence and rest. The noise made the stay unpleasant. I booked for three people, but pillows and towels were missing, showing a lack of basic care. The room is tiny, has no minibar, and the beds are uncomfortable, making sleep hard. The Brás location feels unsafe at night, and the street is unpleasant. The price is too high for what’s offered. I expected more comfort, organization, hygiene, structure, and peace for the money. The stay fell far below expectations. I would not return or recommend it to anyone seeking rest and comfort. On the bright side, the air‑conditioner worked well and helped keep the room cool. The Brás location can be useful for those who need to be near shopping and commercial centers. Though the room is small, the stay suits someone looking for a quick, practical option.

The receptionist, Rodrigo, was very polite. The apartment was clean and the shower water was warm. I was disappointed compared to the photos; a family of three had no place to store clothes. There was no breakfast because it was Sunday, according to the receptionist.
