The accommodation was fantastic. Everything is new and lovingly arranged, the breakfast is very good, and the hosts are extremely friendly. Small welcome gifts and plenty of information are provided. Huge thanks to Giovanni and Frau 😀😀

I liked how clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained the place was. The owners’ little touches made us feel truly pampered. For a brand‑new property, the value for money is excellent. The decor was a hit, and breakfast was also superb, clearly homemade and of high quality. Nothing was missing – everything was perfect.

Every detail is polished, from the warm wood in the rooms to the spotless cleanliness and ample linens, including a soft bathrobe and a professional hair dryer. The minibar fridge comes with complimentary water, kettle, and teas. The panoramic balcony is set up for relaxing moments. In the cozy Stube, the varied breakfast lets you have eggs scrambled on the spot. I’ll definitely return for another “coccola.”

The scenery is gorgeous, and the hosts are super welcoming, making you feel pampered all the way. Breakfast stole the show – varied and delicious.
