Near the Laotian border, short walks to the border crossing. The room is spacious and well‑equipped. The operators arrange taxis and tuk‑tuk trips to the city, surroundings, and the border. They are friendly, open, and want to satisfy guests. Our expectations and desires were fully met.

The bed was comfy, the bathroom was tidy, and the Wi‑Fi worked well, but the room lighting was a bit dim.

I was not at all happy with this place; it was a poor choice. The main issue is that the hotel sits in a no‑man’s land, 5 km from the city centre and 5 km from the border. Most tourists visit because the next day they cross into Laos and board a boat to Luang Prabang, yet the hotel manager cannot answer any of their questions or needs because she knows nothing about it and doesn’t even speak English. We had to go to the centre ourselves and book another hotel to sort all the transfers and boat tickets, which was very complicated, especially with the border and entry visa. The room itself was adequate for the price, but the bed and pillow were very hard. In short, I don’t recommend it.
