The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Getting to Siena and Val d’Orcia was easy. The grounds were beautiful with outdoor seating, and Francesco was helpful and responsive.

The staff were very nice, easy to locate, and check‑in was smooth. The rooms and beds were good, and communication was great. However, the pool was not as clean as advertised.

The place is quiet and surrounded by nature, but the rooms feel a bit basic, old‑fashioned, and they have a damp smell.

The pool and the location are definitely highlights. The cutlery wasn’t very clean.

The space was ample and the location quiet, yet the décor and facilities felt a bit dated and there was no wardrobe for hanging clothes—just three hooks on a small coat rack.
