I stayed at the hostel from 9/10 to 12/10. The location was great, Henry was very friendly and helpful, the environment was pleasant and organized, the bedding was fine, and the shower had hot water. It’s a simple place but gets the job done and met my needs. I didn’t cook, but there is a fully equipped kitchen for guests, plus activities, surf lessons, a chill space, guitars, books, and a TV room.

Ubatuba was great, especially the hostel – Henry is a fantastic host and he ran the surf classes from board to warm‑up to the drive. We even caught a surf championship together and he broke everything down before the lesson – a solid day. The place is super chill, close to the beach and the city centre, and if you’re not into surfing you can just hang out, bike, watch a movie or chat with Henry and his cousin.

The place blew me away – the service and rooms were better than I’d hoped, and the spot is right near the city centre with a friendly vibe. Chris was a lifesaver, super polite and always ready to help. The only gripe was the kitchen – a bit messy after a lot of guests, but that’s to be expected – otherwise everything was spot on.

Everything was just perfect – the staff were incredibly kind, the place spotless and super calm. I really enjoyed meeting everyone. Honestly, nothing to complain about – everything was cool.

The location is unbeatable – close to everything and a few beaches just a short walk away. Chris at reception was amazing, giving great tips and making us feel right at home. The hostel itself is simple but comfy, and I felt like I was staying in my own place.
