My partner and I still want to thank the hotel team for their support and high quality service! It’s very well located, very clean and very new, the rooms are top! Thanks again, we can only recommend you!

The location is great, stylish, and modern. The rooms are a bit small, but that was expected. The QR code for the door and elevators instead of key cards worked really poorly, and we weren’t the only guests who had this issue.

I encountered bed bugs.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. I liked the large window and the overall height of the room. The QR‑code access system was a bit awkward because I had to scan the code from my phone screen several times while in the elevator. The waterproof mattress cover had a faint technical smell.

The hotel is within walking distance of Victoria Harbour, night markets, shopping, and many other attractions. The hot shower was nice and the place was generally clean. Service and staff were very friendly and helpful. The phone QR scanner for the lifts and room door was a bit hit‑and‑miss. The bed was very hard, and the mattress was covered in a thick plastic sheet that made it noisy and less comfortable. There were only two flat pillows for the queen‑size bed—one for each side—and no extras were provided.
