There is absolutely NOTHING I can complain about! Excellent experience!! Initially, the exterior maybe looked a little concerning, because the area where this property is located is hit or miss. Not a bad area, but you can see that a lot of renovations are taking place. But upon entering the building, the first thing we noticed was how clean it smelled and looked. Pristine! Check-in was easy, the front desk staff went above and beyond, very kind. When we entered our room, it also was just as clean as the lobby. Very nice, updated, modern, very nice bathroom. No cut corners if this was recent hotel renovation. We dropped our things and left immediately because of prior engagements. When we returned that night, we noticed that the A/C thermostat had no power. We called the front desk, this was around 10 pm, and the front desk staff came to our room and tried to get it working. When they couldn't get it fixed, they offered to move us that night. But our son was already settled for the night, and it wasn't that warm in the room. They promised us that by 9 am, their maintenance employee would be there to get us taken care of. 9AM on the dot, we had a knock on the door. Maintenance fixed our problem right away. And he was so nice and personable! Breakfast each morning was actually very good! There were always muffins, fresh fruit, and waffles available-birthday cake and a fall flavored batter as well as original. But they also offered biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon and usually 2 different types of sausages. Very tasty. They also had yogurt and pre-packaged hard-boiled eggs in the refrigerator. Nice coffee and tea selection, with juices and milks as well. We always left breakfast feeling satisfied! We will be returning to this property soon. An excellent choice for cleanliness and comfort at a very fair price!. There is nothing bad I could say. The employees that they have chosen are top notch!

I loved the king size bed and the room we ultimately stayed in. So so comfy. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful! They were certainly a major highlight of my stay. Shena (i hope i spelled her name correctly) was such a sweetheart. Happy Birthday girl! Oh and the free breakfast was so nice!. Hmmm I think the first room with the double queens was a downer. The A/C was leaking and because of this there was a strong mildew smell. But thankfully we were moved to the king size room which was a godsend. But i get that appliances can fail and thats just a part of life so this doesn't really change my opinion of this stay. Id stay in this hotel again in the king room
