“Besviken totalt.”

The hotel does not live up to a 5‑star ultra all‑inclusive rating; it feels more like a 3‑star. The staff were friendly and pleasant, but the rooms were stale, with dirty curtains and worn furniture. The shower was filthy, the ceiling fan didn’t work, the soap dispenser was broken, and the floor was very worn. The beds were hard and the pillows old. Although marketed as Ultra All‑Inclusive, there was no evening show, no ice cream for kids, the pool was closed in the last days, and the beach bars were the same. The food was almost identical throughout the week. Overall, a disappointment.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. It was very dirty and old, and my whole family got sick. They served the same food all week, and when I went to the Turkish bath with my family, a man walked around completely naked. My 10‑year‑old son was very upset by the sight; my wife and I were worried, and he keeps talking about it, feeling stressed and depressed. The bathroom was a mess, and the money I paid for this place was not worth it. The manager was rude, constantly yelling at my family and friends, making us feel like a military unit. I want a refund for the stress we endured and for the hotel to fix these problems.

There was absolutely nothing. First of all, there was never any staff around when you needed them; they overbooked the owner or the top manager—whichever he is—who sits all day drinking coffee and watching guests fight over lounge chairs.

“Et rigtigt godt hotel hvor personalet løftede hele opholdet.”

Venligt, humør spredende, enormt arbejdsomt personale. At vi i første omgang ikke fik de 2 værelser som vi havde bestilt i god tid. Men fik 2 ældre og ikke så velholdte værelser i en bygning ved siden af selve hotellet. Vi kommer om natten 24.00 med 2 børn og fik ikke værelser før kl. 2.00 og så var det ikke engang de rigtige værelser, så vi måtte flytte værelser næste dag, men først kl. 12.00
