The location was fine, but the room was very damp and the hot water didn't work.

The courtyard looked gorgeous, and the manager handled everything with professionalism. However, there was no Wi‑Fi, so I couldn't work from my laptop. I also bought two breakfast buffets to take back to the room, but it took a long time to get charged. When I returned, the key to my room wouldn't work, so I had to go back to the lobby and wait in line for them to reactivate my card. Even after the issue was resolved, my breakfast was cold and I couldn't eat it.

The location and infrastructure were good, but the place wasn't very clean; we found tangled hair in the towels and hanging around the bathroom when we entered the room.
