The location is very good and very close to the beach. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped, but there are some restrictions that I mention below in the “What you didn’t like” section. The hotel facilities are also very good, for example the gym and the outdoor pools. The hotel’s indoor pool was under maintenance and we couldn’t use it. The whirlpool tub in one of the apartment’s bathrooms didn’t work, the other bathroom had a sewage smell, and the shower in that same bathroom left the water temperature either too hot or too cold, making it unusable.

Everything was clean and pleasant, but more dishes were needed – a thermos bottle and a dishcloth.

The facilities were fine, but the double‑bedroom closet had a strong mold smell that permeated the entire room.

As usual, Il Campanario is a great place to stay, especially with activities for the grandchildren; the staff from the garage to the housekeeping ladies are attentive, and the location is excellent. Rafael and Frederico provided excellent service. However, apartment 2508, a classic unit, needs some care: the bathroom shower door sticks when closing, the TV remote controls lack battery caps and don’t work in the main bedroom, the induction stove in the kitchen lacks suitable cookware, and the trash bin in the main suite bathroom is very worn.
