“Wonderful hotel and staff, great location”

This place is a solid choice for anyone visiting Bukhara; it’s just a five‑minute walk to the old town, almost at the corner. The décor is gorgeous, and each room features its own Uzbek‑themed mural. Our room was spotless, the bathroom had a lovely shower, and the staff were super friendly, going out of their way to help whenever we needed. I’d definitely recommend staying here again soon.

“詐欺”

注意喚起です。このホテルは平気で詐欺を働きます。 booking.com上の支払い金額目安は12600円と出ていたのに、実際には16800円請求されました(当時のレート換算)。実際の請求額は1,260,000スムでした。あえて日本円とスムの数字をゼロの数一緒にして違和感を抱かせないようにしてたのだと後から気づきました。実際私はレートにまだ不慣れで、支払いの際はその金額に特に違和感を抱いてなかったのですが、ウズベキスタンの通貨(スム)は桁数が多いこともあり、お札の枚数の計算に時間がかかっていたところ「いいか、よく聞け。この値段に不満があるなら今からキャンセルしてもらっても俺たちは全く構わない」とフロントの男性に吐き捨てるように言われました。夜中0時近いチェックインでした。こんな時間に新しく宿を見つけることが難しいことなんて火を見るより明らか。脅し以外の何物でもなかったです。色々な国に旅行してきましたが、こんな対応を受けたのは初めてでした。母と一緒の旅行だったということもあり、あまり揉めたくなかったので仕方なく言われた金額を払いました。 部屋に入ってからもモヤモヤが収まらなかったので、booking.comやGoogleの過去のレビューを見ましたが、私のように支払いに不満ならキャンセルしろと言われたとか高額請求されたというレビューが複数ありました。ブハラの他の宿と比較して安かったので予約しましたが、安い理由がわかりました。実際にはbooking.comに表示されてる金額より高く請求されるので。 他の宿にすることを強くおすすめします。どこまで効力があるかわからないですがbooking.comにも報告しました。

“Great location, welcoming staff speaking English, clean and lovely room”

We really liked our stay: the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean, roomy, and featured a textured wall painting that looked cool. The spot was great—just a 5‑10 minute walk to all the madrasahs. Breakfast was also good. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi, which could be better, possibly because our room was on the top floor.

“Excelente ubicación y el petsonal muy amable.”

The location and staff were good, especially Roma, the manager, who was very attentive and responsible. The regular breakfast was lacking, and there was no good coffee.
