The location is excellent, the digital check‑in is smooth and hassle‑free, and the staff are responsive to questions; the place is clean. The room furnishings are a bit dated, but they’re still fine and oddly charming. We’d come back anytime.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Pardubice. The facilities are very basic, and there’s no breakfast included. Parking spots are few, small, and not many.

Jak tu je už řečeno, hotel není nejnovější. To mu ale neubírá nic na jeho silných stránkách 😊 ubytování bylo naprosto v pořádku, nic nám nechybělo, všechno bylo čisté, funkční. Jeli jsme dva dospělí a dvě děti (4 a 6 let) a byli jsme maximálně spokojení. Lokalita je geniální, úplně v centru. Za vyzdvihnutí stojí komunikace s hotelem. Ta naše začala tím, že se neuskutečnila platba, což upřímně není nic moc. Pán přes zprávy byl ale úžasný, vše jsme tak mohli vyřešit snadno a rychle a měli tak kde spát 😊 veškeré informace k ubytování jsme dostali včas, nic nebylo třeba dohledávat ani se dál doptávat. Na společné chodbě je společenská místnost se spoustou židlí a dlouhými stoly, to mi přišlo vhodné i třeba pro větší skupinu, která výletí společně ale každý má vlastní pokoj 😊 Starší syn ráno komentoval, že se mu spalo vážně krásně a i teď po návratu domů se ptá, jestli můžeme někdy na stejné místo ❤️ Při příští návštěvě Pardubic vůbec neváhám!
