I loved the location, the hotel overall is nice, the breakfast was good, but they charge extra, on top of an expensive breakfast rate, for any custom breakfast plate. Taking my two daily showers was a real big challenge; the cold and hot water don't mix, so I had to mix them manually in a glass to bathe myself. I reported this but nothing was done; it seems to be an infrastructure pipe issue. Others in my group had the same issue. This problem really affected my stay. There was not a flat sheet in the bed but one was provided after I requested it.

The location is good, but the location is also not great.

The location is great, the property is a bit dated but clean. It is in the pedestrian area, which is a problem for anyone traveling with their own car.
