I liked the staff who attended us, the meals in general, and the quiet of the place, but the drink prices were high, water and soda were not included in the all‑inclusive, and the asphalt to reach the resort was a bit lacking.

I enjoyed the room and breakfast, but I was left with a terrible first impression: a bunch of kids running everywhere and shouting, monitors with no control, never seen in any resort. The manager in shorts and flip‑flops didn’t match the setting and should have worn a uniform. The saunas were always cold, which is unusual for resorts that normally run them well, and the heated pool was never fully operational. The resort has no kids’ area or proper organization for children like other resorts; kids ran and shouted all over, even through my room’s windows, with untrained monitors. A child on a scooter even entered the restaurant. The cinema didn’t work and there was no staff to explain. Afternoon tea was awful, the French bread was almost empty, coffee and milk pots were empty, tables were dirty, and the staff seemed rigid and unmoving. Meals were decent and inexpensive but lacked variety compared to other resorts. There was no adult entertainment. I suggest adding driver‑led carts for a quick tour around the resort, heating the outdoor pool (no resort leaves it cold), and providing attractions; otherwise it’s not worth the price and I won’t return or recommend it.

As instalações são impecáveis, o hotel realmente é lindo com uma decoração de muito bom gosto. O funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A comida é deliciosa, mas o café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades. O hotel poderia se preparar melhor para dias de chuva, onde ficamos sem atrações. As bandas poderiam tocar até às 24h, pois quem sai pra passear quer se divertir e a partir das 22h não tinha mais o que fazer no hotel
