“Solide Unterkunft fernab vom Trubel”

It was absolutely wonderful for me! Although it sits right on the main road, nighttime traffic was almost nonexistent. The place was super clean, the bed comfortable, and it had direct forest access—perfect for jogging or strolling. The staff were extremely friendly, and everything ran smoothly. Driving 12 minutes got me to Rotenburg, where shopping is great. I loved it and will return one day 🩷. Initially I had a bit of trouble with the door lock, but I think that was more on my end 🤣.

Here, hospitality still truly shines! Upon arrival we were greeted with a delicious cold drink, followed by a refreshing ice-cold towel—a very welcome gesture on a hot day. The hostess is incredibly friendly and very service-oriented, often checking if everything was to our liking and even bringing ice cubes for extra cooling. Breakfast was huge and excellently prepared, even offering fresh lemon with your tea. Every detail shows a lot of care for guests. We felt truly pampered. Absolutely recommended! Nothing negative at all.

“Værtinden er alle pengene værd, maden er god og stemninger er i top i krostuen.”

The atmosphere and reception were great, the restaurant and food in the tavern were good, intimate and cozy, a place where guests chat. The rooms are in a side building—kind of like a motel from the late 1900s—but that was fine.
