“Lokalni šarm u centru grada.”
The spot is spot on—right on a real non‑touristy street yet still close to all the sights, and the host was genuinely welcoming. Just a touch more investment would turn it into a top‑tier place.
“Overall, the location and facilities are good, but improvements to the bathroom drainage and sound insulation would make”
The location is pretty central, so you can reach many attractions on foot, and the bathroom is roomy enough for two people with a small fridge and a coffee machine for a quick breakfast. The shower lacked a shelf for toiletries, and the drainage was poor, causing water to pool and leak outside the shower, leaving the floor damp. Because the room is in a cave, humidity is natural, but this made it feel even more pronounced; the dehumidifier helps but is noisy and can disturb light sleepers. The room also isn’t well insulated from outside noise, so at night we could hear traffic, motorcycles, and people outside, which affected our sleep quality.
“Localización perfecta. Anfitrión genial. Ruido y Humedad.”
The location is spectacular—under 10 minutes on foot to Piazza Dante, and from there you can walk anywhere. The host is always available, helpful, and even took us back to the airport at the same price as a taxi. The bathroom is cool, but note there’s no kitchen, just a microwave. The humidity is huge, even with the dehumidifier running all day; another machine or a towel heater would be needed. Clothes don’t dry—they get damp. The noise isn’t from the building, but the area is noisy; there isn’t a quiet spot in Naples.
“Très bon appartement pour un WE à Naples”
The place is well‑situated, just a short walk from all the main attractions.
Getting to the metro was quick, and the furnishings are modern. Since it’s a vaulted cellar, the air is very damp and a dehumidifier has to run all the time. At night it’s loud when scooters pass by.
