The location, evening dance events, room, and parking are all positive. The outside walkways need major renovation, but the kettle is in the room.

The balcony, elevator, greenery by the window, parking, and thermometer at the entrance are all nice. The antenna masts with modules on the roof are a drawback.

The breakfast was tasty and you could always pick something that suited you; each day offered a new option. The location is great, just a 5‑minute walk to the sea. The rooms lack hair dryers and mini‑fridges.
