The stay was awesome, with kind-hearted staff, and the rooms were clean and tidy.

There was no air conditioning in the room, it was too expensive for a crappy room, and the food was bad—definitely not family-friendly, so don't go.

This place was a disaster from start to finish. The food was a catastrophe - I'm not sure how they managed to mess up every single dish. The rooms were filthy, with dirty linen that looked like it had been used a thousand times. And to top it all off, the staff seemed completely unbothered by the whole thing. It was like they didn't care that their hotel was a dump.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. It's in a great location, but the noise from the street outside was a bit of a problem.
