We stayed in a four‑star hotel but it felt more like a three‑star place. The room was old, worn, and lacked atmosphere, with no facilities. The reception had a line of phone‑addicted guests. The bathroom had a narrow shower stall, and the microwave was yellow‑tinted. All furniture showed signs of wear. The parking lot felt safe and was close to the shuttle terminal.

It near the shuttle. We arrived in the evening and were send to a room that was already occupied. So we had to take the elevator back down with our two small, exhausted children and wait for another room. Unfortunately, the room we were eventually given was absolutely horrible. It had an extremely unpleasant smell, stains on the floor and chairs, and uncomfortable beds. To make matters worse, there was mold in the bathroom and even inside the coffee machine. The entire experience was disappointing and far below our expectations. After such a stressful arrival and such poor room conditions, I can confidently say that I will never stay at this hotel again
