The place is a total disappointment; even though we paid in advance, the room was disgusting and we left immediately, finding somewhere else at that hour. Booking should remove it from the list right away. The photos on Booking are all AI‑generated and have nothing to do with the real room—it's basically a scam. The fact that it's listed on Booking is absurd.

It’s cheap, but the staff were a nightmare. The person who served us kept walking in and out of the room, and there was a window that opened onto the bathroom, letting us hear things that shouldn’t have been audible. Overall, a very bad experience with the owner.

Communication with the managers was excellent both before and during the stay; they were polite and very kind. The room was welcoming, clean, and refreshed daily. The location is strategic, comfortable, and quiet, with parking available. It’s close to highway exits, supermarkets, restaurants, and other services—all within walking distance, everything perfect.

The structure is clean and welcoming, the breakfast is good, parking is convenient, and the host—Giovanni—was very friendly and available. Nothing to complain about.
