The cafeteria is open and the pool is well maintained. Facilities are clean, reception staff are courteous, and email responses are quick. The location is great with nearby restaurants and within walking distance to the main tourist area. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern and in good condition. The wardrobes could use a little more care.

Everything was very clean. This was our second visit; we asked for a double bed in a room away from the elevator and stairs because we heard a lot of noise last time, yet we were again assigned a room next to the elevator with two single beds. The hotel itself is adequate for sleeping and showering, but I doubt we’ll return because the housekeeping staff shouted down the hallways for the entire three days of our stay, starting at 9 am. We had a “do not disturb” sign on the door, yet they called us four times and even entered, waking us up. They didn’t respect our need for rest. The pillows were excessively flat and uncomfortable, which also needs improvement.
