“Unpleasant”
We couldn’t stay because our reservation was canceled at the last minute. We arrived late, called reception to update our arrival time, and the receptionist said no one would be at the property around 11 pm. She sent us a code for the key box and another for the front door, claiming everything was fine. When we got there the key box was empty. We messaged her again and she replied that she couldn’t leave the key because we hadn’t paid yet—a fact that was never mentioned before, and she did nothing to help. We normally give our credit card information when booking, but we ended up leaving and driving two hours to find another place. Terrible service.

The location was good, but the place was old and dirty. The floor was so sticky we kept our shoes on, and the bathroom tiles and baseboards could use a good scrub. The blankets were threadbare, so we didn’t use them. We needed guest laundry, but the hotel staff was using it well into the night, and all we heard was the dryer running. There was no fan in the bathroom.

- great location close to the tourist place where the bus stops - Manager refunded me for 1 of 2 nights. I paid for 2, but lousy weather so I checked out early. I called her once home and she processed the refund. Thanks !. Credit card reader was not working

Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, the price was good, and the location was convenient. No negatives.
