We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and a 5‑minute walk to the beach. Our room was spacious with a nice sea view from the balcony. It was impeccably clean, and housekeeping changed our towels every other day. We appreciated the bathroom window and mosquito nets throughout. The only suggestion is that the tea selection at breakfast could be improved.

The location was great, the grounds tidy, and the beach was only 7‑8 minutes away. The staff were friendly. We had free transfers to Hanioti and back twice a day. Parking on the property was ample. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping and linen changed every other day. Overall, the experience was positive, but there were some nuances. The buffet breakfasts were bland. The balcony doors had to stay shut most of the time because: 1) a busy track ran nearby; 2) smoking is banned in rooms, so smokers used balconies and their smoke drifted into neighboring rooms—banning smoking on balconies would be nice; 3) some guests liked to have loud phone conversations on the balcony.

The hotel complex was extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent even for those without a car, because a bus from the hotel also goes to Thessaloniki. Plus, the hotel offered free transport to Polychronon village and back twice a day.

The staff were very friendly and cleaned the room daily, and we enjoyed a nice view from our room. Parking was available and the location is convenient for car travelers. However, the mattress was very firm, feeling like sleeping on the ground, which was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast quality was poor, so although we ate every morning, we only did so on the first two days.
