“Zeer slechte ervaring en geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid”
This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an accommodation. After booking, the place turned out to be almost unreachable. Getting in touch beforehand was nearly impossible and there was no decent customer service. When we arrived, the property didn’t match the ad at all: it advertised its own beach, parking, and sea‑view photos, but there was no beach, no parking, and our room faced neighboring apartments. I talked to the owner right away, who said we could cancel free of charge. I then contacted the booking site and the owner was initially unresponsive, telling us to book elsewhere. Only after that did we find another hotel. Shockingly, a month later the full reservation amount was still charged to my credit card. The owner failed to honor the agreement. Since then, the property has been almost unreachable again. Messages sent to the same WhatsApp number used earlier aren’t delivered, and there’s no realistic solution. It feels like the ad painted a much prettier picture than reality. The mismatch of advertised amenities, poor accessibility, and broken promises made me lose all trust in this place. Luckily I have audio recordings of the conversations with the owner and the booking site, the full WhatsApp thread, and all other evidence. The building is a disgusting old structure, the owner is rude, and the view from your window is terrible.
The property is nice, clean, and welcoming. The owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
“consigliato”
Warm welcome, helpful staff, comfortable and clean room.
Everything was perfect: clean, friendly, and helpful. The place is just a stone’s throw from the center and parking is easy.
The owners were available, the room was clean and well‑furnished, the area was quiet, and parking was convenient. Thanks for everything, I’ll come back.
