The place is great, with a nice private pool and good views, and the rooms are very spacious. The food turned out better than I expected and the staff were friendly, though sometimes the buggy waits get long when the resort is busy at peak check‑in and check‑out times, and the property looks a bit old.

Montigo’s hospitality is always wonderful, which is why we’re already on our third visit in three consecutive months; some staff even remembered us and made us feel very welcome. Riyan was especially friendly and attentive, great with our boys who enjoyed chatting with him during buggy rides, and he even went out of his way to help us extend our stay and personally came to our villa to share the good news. The beds were super comfortable and we loved having our own private pool, where the boys jumped in and played whenever they wanted, making the villa experience extra enjoyable for families. The bathtub could have been kept cleaner, as we noticed grime around it, and the shower water pressure was a bit low, though the water itself was clean; these were minor issues that didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment.

The view was magnificent, breakfast was nice, and we were upgraded to a 2‑bedroom unit; all the staff were friendly and helpful, every restaurant served good food, and we appreciated the simple birthday décor and cake. The staircase had no air‑con, complimentary snacks were missing, and Tadd’s bar service was a bit slow with limited choices even though it opened early and on weekends; it would be better to focus on evening hours instead.
