La Palma Beachfront Hotel Boutique - Self Check In

“Très bel établissement, plein de charme et idéalement situé.”

The hotel sits right on the beach with direct sea access and private loungers. The pool is stunning and a great place to unwind. The greenery throughout the property is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed linen and towels are good quality, and the air‑conditioning in the room works well. However, there were some missing 4‑star amenities: no soap dispensers, shower gel, or shampoo in the bathroom (only small sachets were provided), no hair dryer, no toothbrush holder, no iron, no glasses, and no coffee facilities in the room. A few room items were slightly damaged, such as chair legs and a slightly rusted fridge.

“Did not Stay”

The photos and description were completely misleading. The location is right on the main public beach, surrounded by noisy restaurants and crowds. We left immediately after realizing it was a fake and never stayed, so we got no refund. The price was absurd.

“Personale gentilissimo e molto cordiale”

The location is excellent in Cancun’s tourist center, well connected and full of services. The reception staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Despite the bar music in front of the hotel, we slept soundly; nothing could be heard in the rooms. The private pool is a real gem 👍🏻

“Night on the sea!”

The hotel is literally on the sea! It was a bit noisy.
