I liked the vacation atmosphere. The staff were rude and uninterested, moving me from a Royal hotel in Athens; the price difference was significant and they refused to refund it.
“A disappointing stay”
The sunroof bar was nice and the breakfast was good, but most staff, especially the bar crew, were stern and unfriendly; Luna was the only friendly person. Evening reception didn’t explain the half‑board offers. I paid for a luxury room, yet the AC didn’t work, the room felt ordinary, and the balcony only offered a view of a brick wall—disappointing for an upgrade. The cleaner was amazing and very friendly, but the entertainment was rubbish.

Wow, what an amazing hotel!!! ❤️ The staff was absolutely incredible, from the restaurant team and housekeeping to the reception and entertainment team, especially the wonderful Ada and Abiel. We truly felt that they cared about us and wanted us to have the best experience. We received such a warm welcome when we arrived, and every request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. The gym is excellent, with a Pilates reformer and great equipment. There are also two beautiful pools, and the hotel itself is very large, impressive, and well-maintained. And the food… absolutely delicious! 😍 The hotel is adults-only, but this absolutely does not take away from the atmosphere. Everything is peaceful and quiet, and all the guests we met were lovely, polite, and respectful. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you for the amazing service! Room 1140 ❤️. The only minor downside was that there isn’t very easy access to the sea because of the rocks, but this really wasn’t an issue for us since the entire coastline in the area is like this
