Excellent location, cleanliness, super food, extremely attentive and friendly staff! The only downside, despite the room being very clean, the bathroom had a slight canal smell!

Excellent location for those interested in shows at BT Arena on the new stadium, not far from the center. Parking available. At reception, Elena was courteous and eager to resolve client requests. Congratulations and thanks Elena.

The shower drain in room 13 smelled bad. We stayed only one night, so it didn't bother us too much, but it needs fixing.

The room was comfortable and clean overall, with a quiet evening even though the windows faced the terrace. The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for my visit to Cluj. However, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, dry soap residue on the sink, and overall bathroom cleanliness could be better; the bathroom door wouldn’t close.
