The property is new and very well maintained throughout, even the breakfast. The rooms are spacious and functional, and you can feel the attention to every small detail. We appreciated the staff’s friendliness, and they also provided plenty of useful information tailored to our needs.

The owners are very kind and caring. They offer free breakfast and snacks and drinks on hand. The accommodation was very clean, with a well‑maintained garden. The stylish parking is shaded by a kiwi tree. :) The location is great—quiet, tucked away on a dead‑end street, surrounded by greenery beneath a medieval castle, yet only a short walk to the city center, restaurants, and the beautiful tourist Borghetto. The only thing that struck me was the bed— I don’t quite understand the Italian standard of metal frames and slats in the rooms. It isn’t necessarily uncomfortable, but it does tend to shift when you turn. That’s the only suggestion for improvement.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The highlight is the offered breakfast and the availability of drinks and various cakes 24 hours a day.
